I bring to the classroom 40 plus years of professional hands on experience including instruction, fine art painting with oils and acrylics, drawing in charcoal, pastel and colored pencil, commercial art and illustration. I am a graduate of The Art Center College of Design located in Pasadena, California as well as having been an instructor there for 7 years. While there are many approaches to teaching, I teach by example. Painting, drawing & sculpting along with my students is a trademark of my teaching style and willingness to share.
